Long Siang Hotel

Only the location of this hotel that I like. It is close to where we wanna visit, that's all.

I don't like it. The staff charged us higher than what we booked from your website. The service is low. The cleanliness is low. There were many things that were not provided in the room. They gave us torn towels and old ones.

The hotel was great for my needs. I arrived late from my flight, but check in was no problem. The staff spoke little English but we could communicate with each other well enough, and they were always helpful. The breakfast was very good.

No shower curtain. The floor got wet every time.

Cleanliness. The room was not cleaned properly before i checked in, hair and dust everywhere. During my 10 days stay room was only cleaned with request.

About the reception is so strict . Bec we arrive early but they tell us to until 3 o clock you can only check in . ?

Could smell smoke despite it being a nonsmoking facility. Cleaning services offered displayed on the informations page when booking; however, cleaning is only offered if you leave your room key with staff and request for cleaning.

Good location and friendly staff. Getting extra pillows and a fan to deal with the unexpected heat (broken AC) was pleasant.

The AC was not working in the room, and the beds were too hard. (Getting a standing fan from the staff and some extra pillows helped the problem)

This hotel is so dirty ? there is a blood stain in my pillows.. the room are smell bad .. they don’t have tooth brush and toothpaste.. all towels are so dirty and stinky ???

The location is closed to MRT and a lot of restaurants nearby.The staffs are friendly.

The hotel is a bit of run down and with moldy smell. Short stay for budget is ok.

Staff was friendly, location was great considering both night market and public transport. Was able to switch room with short notice. Nice to recieve bottled water.

We were first given a room which did not look at all like the pictures in the booking, place was not clean, dirty floors, vents and more (suspect the room we got had not gone through renovations as in the pictures). If we did not have the option to switch room we would have not stayed the night. The facilities and cleaning was one of the worst we had ever seen, and expectations from images did not match. Sadly, this was not a great stay for us even though we got to change to a room closer to the standards as the pictures are showing.

Almost Every week me and my husband check in,its affordable in ordinary days besides its near to me

Nothing, sometimes its costs expensive even we only check in for 7-9 hours?

Near to KaoHsiung Arena MRT station, also bus stop. Lots of choice of foods nearby

A little bit old, cleanliness good. Centralised air conditioning, can only adjust speed. Some weird smell, like smoke smell if turn on high speed mode.

Convenient location for the arena, national stadium, MRT, and HSR. Staff were really lovely and spoke great English. Basic amenities in the room - towels, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, mini fridge with bottled water, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room and bathroom was clean. Convenient for short term stay.

Despite it being a non smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of cigarettes. Walls were thin so can hear the shower running in the next room and people talking in the hallway. The AC in the room and hallways leaked water. There is only 2 prong electric sockets in the room, not the 3 type. Most 5 star google reviews must be fake as they offer free coffee and ice cream if you give it 5 stars.

Very accessible and near train station, bed is very comfortable

Conveniently located near Kaohsiung Arena, which is a short distance from the main HSR station. Also, plenty of eateries, a night market, malls and GYMS located within walking distance. There’s a very popular stall just right under the hotel; and the food is undeniably good.

I think it’s a motel; turned on the tv and it was screening pornography while my parents were in the room LOL. Room, sheets and literally every corner smell faintly of cigarette.

The staffs are very friendly. They will trying their best to help all the requests u want. We have packages order and will reach before we at Taiwan and the Hotel help to ack the package and keep it for us. Very appreciated it.The location is very convenient, have many convenient shop surrounding, restaurants as well.Most importantly is very near with the MRT and national stadium. That y we like it.

The floor that I stay is not a non-smoking floor. So the floor is full of smoke smell. Luckily did not reach to the room. So is still acceptable.Next time need to request non-smoking floor if you are mind.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, we had an overall decent stay. At the reception counter they offer cake/ice cream/coffee in exchange for a 5 star google maps review.Pro:-Cheap-Good location near public transport-Friendly staff-Clean bed

Cons:-A couple roaches (only first night) -Poor/not functioning wifi-No shower curtain, so after each shower the bathroom is soaked-No standard room cleaning, you have to specifically ask for new towels and toilet paper
